Ready to use immediately after removal from the box – easy installation
Liquid Freezer III is ready for immediate use thanks to the pre-installed radiator fans in the push configuration. Fan cables are integrated into the hose jacket, so only one cable can be connected to the motherboard. Thanks to the thermoconducting paste MX-6 included in the set, you have everything you need for quick and easy installation.
Silent and efficient VRM fan
Main plate voltage converters often work at maximum temperature in combination with energy-intensive processors. To compensate for the lack of air flow from the tower radiator, Liquid Freezer III works with the modified VRM fan. The 60 mm controlled PWM fan allows almost noiseless cooling of the nest area when the VRM cooling is insufficient, in cases of poor air flow or especially in overclocking scenarios. This enables constantly higher load and longer life of voltage converters.
LGA1700 contact frame
Intel's Independent Loading Mechanism (ILM) deforms the processor by pushing it into the socket at two points under load of over 40 kg. This results in pressure in the printed circuit board, the DIE matrix and a layer of solder between the DIE matrix and IHS (integrated heat dissipator). With a high thermal load, this can lead to long-term problems. ARCTIC's patented mounting frame does not deform the processor, significantly reduces the mechanical load of the processor, is fast and easy to mount, and allows the radiator to be bolted to the back of the processor. As a result, mechanical stresses of the motherboard and processor are minimized, cooling efficiency remains constant, and the installation is fast and simple.
Optimised water pump
Liquid Freezer III is equipped with a specially developed water pump controlled by PWM, which has been further optimized for efficiency and noise. With improved cooling plate with extended rib surface and optimized Liquid Freezer III water pipes, it increases its performance while maintaining quiet operation.
