The Brother P-touch P300BT label printer is addressed to home users who need an intuitive tool for both marking and decorating everyday items. It is characterized by small dimensions and weight and simple and elegant design. It was equipped with a manual guillotine to cut labels and a LED to inform about the status of the device. The model prints labels at 20 mm per second. The device is compatible with the free P-touch Design&Print mobile application, which offers a range of templates with photos and tips, the ability to design and preview your own labels (including extended text editing and graphics options) or to preserve, store labels and buy new features. The application also offers 37 templates in 6 categories. It is available for iOS 9 or newer Apple mobile devices and Android 4.1 or newer smartphones and tablets. The PT-P300BT printer allows printing on Brother TZe tapes, in which the manufacturer patented the laminating technology. These tapes consist of six layers, forming a thin and very durable label. The marks are applied by thermotransfer method and placed between two protective PET layers (polyester film). This solution protects them against liquids, friction, temperature, chemicals and sunlight. The belt tests carried out guarantee high quality and high durability. The media are also convenient to use – they are characterized by an easy desticking with a protective layer and good adhesion. PT-P300BT can print on TZe media of various types, including fabric tapes for the marking of clothing, transparent matt and with a strong adhesive surface to rough surfaces. Prints on labels in white (black and gold), pink (gold printing), navy (gold printing) and bord (gold printing).
