The development is a new, significantly expanded and enriched, version of the Controlling item costs and management accounting, which has been on the market since 2010 and is of great interest. The book layout for the perception of management accounting and cost account as tools for measuring and understanding the creation of value for the client and for communicating and measuring the implementation of the company's strategy has been changed. New issues have been introduced, such as: investment decisions in management accounting – capital budgeting and management accounting as an information base for integrated reporting.
