The Raid ProXtend PX-SR-10257 PCIe SATA card is equipped with two SATA Gen 3 6 Gbps channel host controllers in a 2.5-inch full-size SSD/HDD interface that provides server class functions on a desktop computer. In addition to the possibility of using 6Gbps hard drives, this card provides retroactive compatibility with older SATA 1.5Gbps or 3Gbps drives. Using RAID, SATA drives connected to this controller can easily be configured as two separate ports without RAID or with RAID0, RAID1 or Hyper Duo.
