The publication is a comprehensive analysis of the title issue, carried out for the interests of the controlled entrepreneur. It presents theoretical concepts and concrete solutions. Based on the extensive achievements of law science and the legal regulations concerning, among others, administrative justice, the author explained in detail the possibility for administrative courts to assess the legality of the activities of the NIK towards the entrepreneur. The previous case law of the NSA and the TK in this area has also been discussed in the field.
